A startup in the mortgage industry wanted a better way to allow the customer to track their progress through the life cycle of a home loan. They wanted to do something similar to a pizza tracker…but there was a problem.

While working at a company that produced online education software, I led the UX for a new system initiative spearheaded by our SVP of Product. He called the initiative Rip. Mix. Burn.
Below the Surface
A local design agency brought me in to help with the user experience of a project with a major food brand. The customer liked the team’s work on another project, but were growing frustrated with the agency’s designs so far.
