This is what I find frustrating. An industry doesn’t pay attention to what people want (MP3 makers, cell phone makers, mobile content providers, etc.). Apple steps in and finds an elegant solution to the technical problem and people flock to it. Then, instead of doing finding their own solution to the problem, these industries just follow Apple with a “me too” clone that does the same thing. I don’t want the same thing. I want competition.
